Parking
No car parking. Nippori Station is a 7-minute walk; bikes can lean in the alley if they do not block the path.

Unfold onto the tatami after 8pm so the room stays a sitting space during the day.
Trash
Burnables in the beige bag, plastics in the clear one. Put bags in the hatch by 8am collection days (Mon / Thu).
