From the airport, metro to Santa Apolónia, then a 12-minute uphill walk. Taxis know “mirante de Santa Luzia”.
Parking
Do not drive into Alfama. Park at Santa Apolónia and walk up, or take a taxi to the square.

The door sticks in humid weather — lift slightly as you pull. Please latch it before you go out.
Coffee
Beans in the tin marked Hóspedes. The espresso machine is primed; just press the cup button.
